Thanks! As you can see in one of my earlier posts (https://theinkycorner.substack.com/p/fore-edge-painting-prep), you separate the book's pages (the 'block') from the covers when you slide it in, so I haven't noticed any difference in hardcover vs paperback.
That's really very cool. Are hardbacks more difficult, due to the fact that their covers protrude more than a paperback's?
